Mild-fruited white balsamic

Discover the mild-fruity taste of our organic white balsamic vinegar, also called condimiento bianco. For this fresh vinegar, we mix high-quality white wine vinegar with natural grape must. By concentrating the grape must at low temperature, the vinegar keeps its light colour.

Balsamic goes hand in hand with Italian flavors. Our white balsamic vinegar is organically grown according to European standards. So without chemical fertilizers and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Therefore we guarantee extra pure quality. It is 100% natural, without additives or preservatives.

The healthy version, with low sugar content

Balsamic, black or white, is a delicious seasoning but easily contains 35 to over 50% sugars. With our organic balsamic, you get a much healthier version with a very tasty taste. Our balsamic contains only 22% sugars.

Use

Use this condimento bianco or white balsamic for a fresh-fruity touch on salads and vegetables. You use it exactly like black balsamic. In some dishes, black balsamic will ruin the colours of your dish- for example, on white mozzarella or burrata it will quickly turn into a brown sludge. Real chefs therefore prefer white balsamic: the same taste, but a more beautiful and attractive plate.

Packaged in a suitable bottle, protected from the light

Our white balsamic comes in a suitable dark vinegar bottle, which protects the product well from light.

The picture in a table carafe has only the purpose to show the product nicely in a transparent container. The vinegar is therefore not delivered in this carafe.
